Jane and Garie were married on April 10, 2010 at Saint Columba Catholic Church with 225 of their closest friends and family. This wedding was filled with love, laughter, and tears. Big San Diego fans, and even bigger Charger Fans – I knew that this was going to be a fun time. The music was awesome – and this creative bride had all sorts of goodies she incorporated into the decor to personalize the entire venue. The best part about the wedding – has to be the families. Jane and Garie had such amazing parents and family members there to share in their special day – it was truly an honor to be there for your most special day… I wish you all the love and happiness this world has to offer.
Ohana Photographers were the masters behind the lens – Thank you for the amazing teasers.

David and Yuko will be getting married at the end of the month at the beautiful Ocean View Room in Point Loma. I just received a few pictures of the couple – absolutely gorgeous. I can’t wait to see Yuko walk down that isle.

Here are some additional pics of Elisa & Jaime’s Wedding. The views at Candelas were amazing!

Elisa and Jaime were married on April 02, 2010 at an outdoor ceremony at Candelas by the Bay in Coronado, a perfect venue for an intimate wedding of 70. The couples colors were a classic red, white, and black – with rhinestones and candles throughout. Elisa was an absolutely stunning bride! and this family was absolutely amazing to be with, and it was a pleasure to be a part of this once in a lifetime moment. Stephina Photography took some amazing photos of this day, and even posted some teasers late last night (whoo-hoo).

I can’t believe March is coming to an end – and Wedding season is already in full swing. I’ve completely neglected updating my blog/website so I promise to update as much as I can. I know it’s a little late for New Year’s Resolutions – but can I make a wedding season resolution (I might be a little late for that too since wedding season has already started), Yikes!
I wanted to take the opportunity to share a few of my thoughts…
(1) The important stuff – When I first meet with a bride – I get to hear all about vision, colors, location, flowers, dresses etc.. but what I really hear is how wonderful it would be to have all my loved ones under one roof to help celebrate the joining of 2 families.
(2) Perfect – often used to describe your ideal wedding. The wedding industry is a wealth of creativity and excitement – but only you can tell me what is perfect in your eyes. It is YOUR wedding, and you will have YOUR memories to reflect upon – so to achieve perfect, your wedding must be a reflection of you.
(3) Planning = Prepared; so that your entire day is as you always dreamed it would be.
Final note: I feel truly blessed and honored when a couple has selected THEORY Weddings & Events. My brides become my friends and I’m fortunate that I get to share in such a wonderful experience.
Until next time!
